Founder's Day Parade - April 22, 2006 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM
In celebration of Albuquerque's 300th Birthday.
The Founder's Day parade highlighted the 5 eras of our great City: Native American Era, Spanish Era, Mexican Era, Territorial Era and Statehood to Present Era (we were in the Territorial Era).
National Tartan Day - April 6, 2006
Albuquerque Mayor Martin Chavez has made an Executive Order that April 6 2006 it be known as Albuquerque Tartan Day. The order supports the Tricentennial of the city, Tartan Day and its new icon, the Albuquerque Tartan (# 6720), designed by Ralph Stevenson, Jr. and Charles Hargis. A loyal group of kilted Scots marched in the city's Founder's Day Parade, April 22, with the Duke & Duchess of Albuquerque Spain present.

6th Annual Rio Rancho Highland Games, Rio Rancho, NM, USA - October 15-16, 2005.
In spite of the rather unfriendly weather on Saturday, we managed to sell quite a few cans of Caledonian Kitchen Haggis and even a few Whisky Cakes.
